Culinary Fight Night is an interactive, gourmet cooking competition that takes place in a full scale boxing ring. At CFN, each team of local chefs will cook a 3 course meal while incorporating 3 secret ingredients, head to head, for a panel of celebrity judges and a
live studio audience.

At this year’s edition of our Regional Grand Championship, CFN will travel to Portland, Phoenix, New Orleans and Detroit for two rounds of competition per market. These events will narrow 32 chefs down to 4 semi-finalists who will travel to Las Vegas on March 21st for the finale where the winner will receive a customized Championship belt and a check for $10,000.

Round One: CFN Portland

Event 1: The Grand Tasting: 8 chefs

Date: Monday, January 20, 2020

Venue: The Jupiter Hotel

- guests will mingle with chefs, sample all dishes, vote for favorite chef

Time: 6-8pm

Cost: $15 before 12/24/19, $20 after,

$25 at venue

Event 2: The Finale: 2 chefs

Date: Wednesday, January 22, 2020

Venue: The Redd
